The agency has been here to allow us to do things beside worry about the care. The agency is friendly and good with communication.

They do most of anything that is required. They are so patient with me.

It is very helpful with helping with baths, getting some meals prepared, and keeping the floors clean and mopped. We just like Emily mainly. She is just so good with my dad. We do wish if she has to go to school that they had some more help.

My caregiver helps my sanity. The agency is consistent and on time. They stuck with us in the beginning when we were having some problems.

They help with the daily chores. They stay on top of things, and they let me know when the caregiver can't show up.

I like the continuity of having an outsider present regularly. I like that they were willing to try different providers to find good matches.

They helped the most by freeing me up to be able to work. I did not have to worry when they were there. Every caregiver was kind and compassionate, and did all of the things needed to care for my mom who had Alzheimer's.
