    When they come, they need to know what their job assignment is. They need to study the assignment. They need to know what they are suppose to do. They need to be well aware of the customer, the customer's needs, and everything before they come in there.

    Care Advantage sent over an awesome nurse. She was very professional and was there for every step and need of my mom. She was never on her phone and was unbelievably awesome. Care Advantage was very attentive to my mom's needs. Anything that we ask that she needed, they made sure she received it.

    Only one caregiver was good but the rest of them were bad and didn't help out when they were supposed to. The caregivers didn't do their job correctly, they didn't help like they were supposed to.

    I had cancer and both my hips were replaced so I couldn't do anything for myself but they can. They have really good workers.

    They provided great care for my husband. They positioned him in positions he needed to be in. That was very beneficial with the pain he was in. I would recommend them to anyone! They were very efficient and provided great care. They were thoughtful and helpful.

    Depends on the caregiver. Some are better caregivers that others. Its also hard when they send me someone brand new and I have to train them. I need them to send me already trained caregivers. I feel like I have to do all the work, may as well not even have them. They could work the billing. They always over bill me.

    We need someone that would know how to entertain and do things with my husband. What I wanted was somebody to help with my husband, and the caregiver didn't do much to help with him. I wasn't able to make any phone calls.

    It doesn't help when they don't have a caregiver here. They could have people here at least once a day. They said that they are training people now. They were doing fine up until recently. They could have people here when they are scheduled to be here. We have had a lot of time where we do not have a caregiver here in the past two weeks.

    The person they sent just watched my mom so I can work. There were certain caregivers that they have that are really good. We have been fortunate enough to have good ones. We have had ones before that were not good.

    My mother has Parkinson's, and I need to be able to work. It is a break for me for the caregiver to come in twice a day. When the caregiver needs to take time off, they have sent me three different ones. One of them needed a nurse herself, and one was so tiny. It is always a challenge when substitutes are needed.

    They help the most by providing me with an aide that can take care of my mother so that I can work. They do not have enough aides. Right now, our aide is out, and they do not have coverage, so I have to sit here with her.

    I was in dire need of getting my granddaughter certified to care for my Mother , was dealing with a company that was not very helpful so we reached out to Care Advantage and in less than two weeks time they had the problem solved ! I am so grateful to them for coming to our rescue and the professional way they handled the situation ! Today my Mother is overjoyed that her great granddaughter is taking care of her and I am thankful to Care Advantage for starting my granddaughter on her career path !     I just needed more time with them. She stayed on her own one time, even though they weren't going to pay her for it. We needed more hours, and they had to come out to see what was going on.

    I have a wonderful caregiver. She helps me with everything, such as my showering. The office staff needs improvement, and they could do their job better. It seems like everyone wants to pass off things to others instead of doing things themselves.

    I feel like there needs to be more people hired so my respite hours can be used. My husband and I are both retired. When we plan to go out with other couples, we can't be solid in the plans to go because of them. Medina has respite hours, but they don't seem to have anyone to cover those hours for me. I don't know if they have enough people working. They don't tell me until last minute.

    If they could be consistent with one caregiver instead of sending many different caregivers. He gets confused when he sees a lot of different people. They just have a lack of communication sometimes. We do not know if someone is going to come if our caregiver can not make it.

    They call in the event that a worker cannot come. They give me prompt notice and they always follow up on the promises they make. If they say they will send someone, they will call every other hour to let us know the progress of finding someone to cover. I like the fact that they are very efficient in providing workers. If someone is sick, they get right on it and they let me know the progress of the work.

    A lot of times when a non regular caregiver comes in, they do not know what to do. They should review the case to see what kind of care he needs. The scheduling needs to be improved. There are people that call out on the weekends and we are not able to find replacements.

    The services are good when someone's here. I would like them to assure me they will have someone to cover my loved one when the other nurse is off. I have to call them to find out what's going on. I would like to see communication improved. It's very poor. We're without a nurse sometimes and I don't know if that's the company's fault or not.

    They could have come in and worked, not just sat around. There were things I needed done and they didn't do them. I needed help very badly. I have Parkinson's and MS and there are things I can't do, and I needed help.

    I can't get up and do a lot and if I need something, they get it for me. I asked her to make me a sandwich one day and she did. They don't too many dishes in the sink and they straighten up a bit, but they don't do it unless I make them. They need to send people that are trained, and that don't bring their personal cell phone with them and stay on it for hours.

    When I had someone here, it was phenomenal. I needed someone here. They had a problem getting people here on time, and when our main caregiver couldn't make it, they couldn't get people here in a hurry. I was told it wasn't their problem if someone couldn't make it to work. They needed to communicate with me and with each other.

    It was a terrible experience. They should be professional and they need to make sure they have enough CNAs. They need to hire people that are more professional. Some of them were very nice to me, but others disrespected me. They don't have good after-hours shifts if there is an emergency.

    Prior to our new nurses, them showing up was a problem, which threw a wrench in the whole day. We've had a really bad experience with them, but we've gotten new nurses now, so it's getting better. The nurses could show up, that would improve things.

    They do their best. They try to cover everything, and the caregivers they do get are attentive to my loved one and are very nice. They really enjoy having them there. The only thing that I'm not happy with is that a lot of the time, they can't get the employees to come in. It's not the agency's fault, it's the employees that are working there. I live far from my loved one, and I can't go that far away when they don't have anyone there. It's crucial that they have someone there. We have a good caregiver for them now, but none of them call in to tell the office they are late or not coming.

    I didn't really use the caregiver that much. I don't think they did what I needed done. They need to know what their job is supposed to be like the do's and don'ts.

    I would tell a friend that for a year or more, Care Advantage sent terrible caregivers who wouldn't do what was asked and that one of them even stole from us. A year and a half ago we finally got two steady girls who are outstanding and they are like family to us. We had to have a replacement caregiver last week and she was terrible. The two girls I have now are working out perfectly for me. The current caregivers have made life easier for the both of us by doing everything they are supposed to and more. The caregivers have even vacuumed crumbs for us and they will cook for my husband.
