We used Cerna for probably five or six times for a couple of blocks during the middle of the day but it's been good. They were the first one that responded to my inquiry, their cost was competitive and actually cheaper than some of the others. Their manager has been proactive in getting back to me. Four different people came out and they've all been good. They were responsive and helpful in getting mother in law up and about. They make sure she eats and keep her active. My mother in law was comfortable with them.
