I'm legally blind and I find some things very difficult to do. It is good to have somebody here with me who can read things and help with the laundry. Most of the girls work very hard and they try to please me.

The caregivers help with caring for my mom. They help her eat and they help her get dressed. I noticed that the communication is not as good as it was in the past. The quality is worse.

He takes care of Rodney, and he cares about him. We only have one caregiver who comes, and he's been here for a while, he's kind of part of the family now.

The caregiver that he has showers him and does his exercise and has conversations with him. The regular caregiver that I have is fantastic, the quality of other caregivers is variable. It is difficult when new caregivers come out, and they could improve training for complex patients.

It was great care when the client got out of rehab, and she needed a lot of care. I really like the agency when we began with them and needed 24-hour care. The communication was very good, and they would constantly communicate with me through the app.
