They are involved while they're there, I was able to resume a normalcy for my life, it was a great relief. I liked that they actually seem to care about the patient, and everyone involved, they understand the issues that come with care taking and the difficult situations their clients are in.

They are a companion to her and get her out of the house. I like that they are thorough; and the caregiver is encouraging and gets her up and moves around.

It's taken off the stress of me not being able to go to work. I just don't know, for the care that he's getting, the nurses don't have to go crazy out of their way, so I don't know how they'd be if someone were bedridden, so I'm just in the middle. They're not doing anything wrong, I don't know how they'd be.

The caregivers were able to drive me to various places. I would recommend them, but I have few issues with the caregivers.

I mainly use them for transportation, sometimes the ladies don't have access to a good GPS. I like that they are really professional and nice.

They come out and do their job and work with me. They aren't disruptive of whatever else I have going on. They are pretty good about working with me and getting stuff taken care of.

I was taking care of my father, but they have certainly freed me up. Better supervision would be better. Miscommunications have occurred.

They help me with my monthly infusions that help me function normally. I like that they make sure that someone comes to visit you.

She provides company for me which is important, because I live alone and sometimes I don't see people for several days. I wish she would paint the house on the outside for me. The caregiver makes sure I don't fall down.

They do everything that needs to be done. She goes to the grocery store. She gets gas. I can't drive or walk. The caregiver I have is marvelous. She is reliable and does everything.

I knew when someone was here I did not need to worry. I was able to reach the owner when I realized my dad was coming home for hospice. They were trying to get 24 hour care until hospice was assigned. I liked that they were prompt with whatever needs that I had.

They do a lot of the daily activities that frees me up to do other things. They are easy to get ahold of and they are responsive and they provide good care.

I didn't have much of a use for home health before I was paralyzed. They have constant concern for me I like the character of the nursing staff. They will answer any question that I have. When I have a question, I might feel like it is stupid but they reassure and empower me so I don't think my questions are stupid. They are incredible.

They helped me by coming and helping me with my pick line and coming to take care of it for me. They were also available anytime I needed assistance even if they weren't here I liked that they were convenient and explained everything in detail to me.

The caregiver was always there when she needed to be. My mom wasn't worried about it. The others were 10 to 15 minutes late. She was married to a military man, so that is unacceptable. Whoever was running the BrightStar Care that was servicing my mother needs some improvement on how to run their business in a timely manner.

They help me out by helping get my loved one ready. The caregiver is always talking to my husband and telling him different things that he can do, and she tries to encourage him.

One caregiver was easygoing and laid back, and both the caregivers were nice and made me feel at ease. My first nurse from BrightStar Care was amazing. They provided me with great care and made me feel comfortable.

I couldn't recommend BrightStar Care because even though the nurses are great, they aren't qualified. It wasn't right for me or for BrightStar Care to continue with the services because the caregivers weren't qualified to provide my care.
