It has been wonderful for me especially with Covid going on. We were doing things online and they wanted us to leave but it is nice having them come to our home now. They are just very friendly and they have a lot of knowledge when they come out.

They should've provided stronger exercises. They were only here for two weeks. They sat on my couch and asked me to flex my foot, which I already did in the hospital. I rehabbed myself more than they did for me.

He was able to gain a lot of strength with the exercises she did with him. He continued doing the exercises she left him. They got him though the 6 weeks we were without therapy after her. The caregiver lady was super nice, understanding, patient, and helpful. They spoke a different language so she communicated everything to me in English so I could explain it to him. He only speaks Spanish.

I can't reach my toes. They change my bandages and remind me to ask my doctor to re-order things I'm running out of. He doesn't mind helping me put my compression socks on. I like that they work around my schedule. My caregiver is really good at what he does. He explains what he does to me.

The therapist helps him so much. She makes it very easy, but they make it so hard. They screw his therapist over all the time. She turns in times, and they alter that to what makes it convenient for pay for them. The therapist that works with him is amazing but it seems like the office cannot keep his authorization in check. They then blame it on the doctor not signing off on it, so they are not turning it in on time.

The services were disruptive. The agency was constantly calling trying to send people to my house. Different people unknown to me were repeatedly calling to come to my home. Some unknown person would call me letting me know that he was coming to my home 30 minutes before he was supposed to come to my home.

The first lady they sent out was not helpful at all, did not get us the supplies we needed and did not do the services we needed. She was not very helpful. We do have a new nurse that has come twice and she is wonderful. Her name is Lindsey. We haven't been happy with being able to get supplies or the communication that's been offered to us.

They could do better with the communication with this referral. There was miscommunication about the referral for home care. They weren't here very long, but a lady came for about a week and then the same guy for about 3 weeks. It was okay when he was coming. He was seeing about my husband's care and everything.

She was supposed to be here for four hours a day and she would only be here one hour or two at the max and would stay on the clock. They do cooking, light housekeeping, make sure that he gets up out of bed, bathes, grooms himself, and has adequate things to eat. I am so glad I switched agencies because I've been incontinent for many years and have skin issues. I have all the products I need to keep my skin integrity. When I came out of the hospital, they made sure I had the meals and physical therapy I needed. I've learned about exercises I can do on my own, and it's made a good difference. My case manager brings up programs and things that I didn't know were available, whereas my previous company never did. I am now receiving things I didn't know were available, and they keep me informed of what I'm eligible for.

I would tell someone that the nurses that have come from BrightStar Care have all been very knowledgeable, nice, informative, and they know what they are doing. The nurses take care of a wound that my loved has.

I had had really good assistance with BrightStar Care. They have stayed in contact with me and they have been there to help me when I need it. My caregivers are there for me when I need them to help me. The most helpful aspect of my services is my caregivers helping me with my doctor appointments.

BrightStar Care's nurse recently recommended therapy and had me sign papers for consent, but no such services have been provided. The services provided by BrightStar Care are unsatisfactory, by promising me things on which they don't follow through.

My physical therapist and my nurse that come out from BrightStar Care are very helpful and friendly, and they call in advance to let me know when they will be here. BrightStar Care has made my life easier by being very helpful. My physical therapist has helped me as far as my walking.

I had excellent care from BrightStar Care and my caregivers were amazing. The most helpful aspect of my services was my home health nurse, who was amazing. When she started with me, I could barely walk with a walker and when she left, I was able to walk on my own.

BrightStar Care is wonderful, what else can I say? They are very efficient and do what they say they will do. I would recommend BrightStar Care to anyone! You never have a caregiver show up that you never know anything about. I think that they also try to consider the client's sex when they send a caregiver as well. I had one experience where driver didn't show up. I called BrightStar Care, and one of the office staff members drove out to pick me up, took me to my doctor appointment, and drove me back home. I thought that this was very nice. The services from BrightStar Care have helped me the most by having the caregiver take me to the doctor's office when I need them to. I appreciate that when the caregivers drop me back off at my home, they always ask to see if there is anything that they can help me with before they leave.

BrightStar Care is pretty good, but there are a few things they need to improve on. They used some cleaning solutions for a wound, but it fell on the carpet and bleached it a little bit. They should take more care in respecting our house. The quality of the caregivers has been inconsistent as well. The caregivers have taken care of my husband's wound care, which is needed.

Right now, I wouldn't recommend BrightStar Care because they haven't been out here when they are supposed to be. BrightStar Care hasn't been out here the last couple weeks, and when they have, they've been sending people out here who aren't qualified to even clean the house.

We work with two other agencies for nursing care, but BrightStar Care is far ahead of the other agencies. We really want to transfer everything to BrightStar Care because they are just more efficient. BrightStar Care has provided a very efficient physical therapist and he's always here, he arrives early and spends lots of time with my son, and is very caring and concerned about my son's foot. My son's caregiver needs to come back and work with him, because she was very good.
