I have a wonderful person that comes to help me every day during the week, Monday to Friday from Right at Home. I'm very happy with her. I'd give her a ten. They give good service. My husband has parkinsons and he has other needs and he has his own schedule and hours and I have my own schedule and hours. Somebody recommended it to me two years ago and then a year ago I started to contact them and started service with them. The caregiver is good. She's very honest, clean, well educated, and very efficient. She's an excellent companion. I don't have regrets at all. It's very easy to contact them. As long as everything is going nice, I would keep having their service.

I'm using Right at Home Kerrville. They take care of me and I appreciate that. The ladies take me to my doctor's appointments, they take me to get my hair done, they take me if I need to go shopping or if I need to go to the grocery store, and they come and clean the house for me. That's a wonderful service that I'm grateful to have. The caregivers are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I am on a walker and they put that walker in and take out of the car for me. They're caring and even when they're not scheduled to come, they go and check on me. I make my schedule and then I call them, and they make the schedule for the caregivers that way. I can call them any time I have a question and talk with the owner or with the office manager. If I leave a message for them, they call me back as soon as they can.

I am very happy with the services provided by Right At Home. They gave me a long list of things that the caregivers could be expected to do for me and the caregivers have not hesitated to do as many of them as I have needed done. I appreciate that they help with other projects that I would have done in my lifestyle before I suddenly became paralyzed as I can no longer do them myself. Right At Home keeps us informed of any changes with caregivers so that all our timeslots are filled. Also, they are very flexible and willing to accommodate any changes in schedule that we have requested.

Right at Home has been very responsive to our requests for caregivers who are able to provide the specialized care required for my sister, who is paralyzed from the waist down. They have never left her without a caregiver during the hours we needed them. The caregivers have been very attentive to her needs and have been very helpful with the chores and projects she has been unable to do. We are very thankful to have found them.

My mother is now 93 years old, living in an assisted living facility often struggling with day-to-day loneliness, confusion and lack of support. Since all of the children are out of town, we have been looking for someone caring, friendly and professional to assist her. Almost by accident, I found the Right at Home Group. They were understanding, knowledgeable, flexible and so helpful. We set up a regular weekly schedule for visits to check on her and add a little fun to her life. After a few visits they started taking her to play ping pong, pottery classes and trips to local museums in the Kerrville area. They set up a regular payment system which was convenient and would check in with us often. I can't tell you how amazing this program has been in providing for my mother. I would recommend Right at Home Group if you find yourself in a similar situation with your family.

Jeff and Amanda are excellent- easy to talk to and always ready to help at all hours. Jeff offered above-and-beyond assistance when contacted about my father's needs. Having a local agency that has deep roots in the hill country was comforting. They can fit the right person to the need and are open to working with families to find the best caregiver.

Right At Home provided 24/7 care to my mother after being discharged from the hospital. The caregivers were compassionate, very attentive and respectful. They offered comfort not only to my mother but to me and my siblings as well. It was a relief to know that she was in good hands when we couldn’t be with her. Also, communication with the owner of the company was very good. They were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

They kept me with two regular people instead of switching caregivers up. They try very hard. I think they are thinking of me as an individual. I have to use a hoyer lift because I am paralyzed, and they always now make sure to send someone who can help me.

I'm using Right at Home Kerrville. They are very good. They're efficient. They have proper etiquette. Their communication is great. They provide transportation to doctors, they run errands, they help me bathe and dress, they help prepare meals, and they do laundry. The caregiver is excellent. They're here for three hours. The particular caretaker that I would like to be noted is excellent. Her name is Tammy.

I'm a current client of Right at Home Kerrville. They grocery shop for me. They come in and they wash clothes for me. They make the bed. They go get food for us if we need that. I have two caregivers, one during the week and one on weekends and they're both very efficient and wonderful. Billing and scheduling are fine. Value for money is very good. They're very helpful and I would recommend them.

Provides assistance for my 94 year old mother 3 days per week. Ashley has been excellent! She is outgoing, super caring, friendly and a hard worker. My mom always looks forward to seeing her. She helps with cleaning, grocery shopping, food prep, and general socializing.

Jeff has been most flexible in handling payments and has been open to suggestions on payment when I have been absent from my home. Mary has been most flexible in meeting my needs and has added some 20 lb to my weight that I had lost on my own cooking. She is an outstanding cook ànd keeps the kitchen clean as well as my laundry. Mary is a close friend as well as an employee. I can't wait until I am strong enough to be at home with her and ĥer her cooking. Right now, she çhecks on me daily and does my ĺaundŕy from the rehab,

I am not sure how the caregivers could have a greater impact. My health hasn't gotten to the place where I will be needing them as much as I will in the future. My caregivers have helped the most by doing little things around the house that need to be done. I have a cat litter box that they empty and that's a big help. I like that they have an interest in me and they check up on me.

We have been very, very pleased with the 24/7 care our loved one has been receiving for the last many weeks. We have been impressed with Jeff C., owner of Right at Home, and his management team. They are avaialble 24/7 to answer our questions or concerns. Their follow up is amazing. We also like the caregivers. They are experienced and are very caring people. They really care about our loved one. We also love the Family Portal which gives us 24/7 access to information aobut how our loved one is doing. We highly recommend Right at Home!
