Awesome company! The thing I like about New Frontier is that they are not a franchise. They really care and develop personal relationships with their clients. My mom has been receiving in home care for over a year. As a family, we are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

When I moved from TX to Florida I was worried about leaving my grandma without immediate family. Searching for a care provider that I could trust and feel at ease with while living so far away was a huge priority for me. I heard about New Frontier from a coworker and decided to give them a try. I was so glad I found them. The caretaker assigned to my grandma was amazing! The management was just as wonderful. They were very helpful and immediately addressed any concerns I had regarding my grandmother. There is always an open line of communication. Being my first time using this type of service, it meant a lot that they took the time to meet with me and properly introduce the caregiver to my family to ensure a positive relationship. I always felt confident that my grandma was in safe hands. I would highly recommend New Frontier to anyone looking for help with their loved ones!

New Frontier Home Care provided excellent care for my mother. I appreciate they met with her for a professional assessment with an RN, before providing care. I was kept informed about what was happening. The caregivers were excellent, and I especially appreciate Jennifer’s caring. Definitely an excellent company to call if you need help for your family member.

New Frontier Home Care cared for my grandparents when we really needed it. They were incredibly professional and kind and put our hesitations at ease. From the owners to the nurses that cared for my grandparents I am so happy I chose to go with New Frontier Home Care. I would HIGHLY recommend without a doubt. You won’t be disappointed!!

When my great aunt had an unexpected fall that required surgery, I knew i’d need some additional help in her home after leaving the rehab facility. I came across New Frontier Home Care and cannot be more thankful for them and the service they have provided to not only my aunt but myself as her primary caregiver. In working full-time myself, there was no way I’d be able to be there for my aunt 24/7 and New Frontier has been so great in providing care to my aunt when I am not with her. The staff is always more than helpful and you can tell genuinely care about my aunt, which makes things so much better. My aunt is improving each day and we are discussing if we are going to lessen the amount of hours needed from New Frontier. I know for a fact that if she wasn’t getting the care that is getting now, her rehab process would not be where it is right now. I also want to say that you to the management of New Frontier, I’ve never had worked with someone so kind and accommodating to what our needs were and are. No doubt that if you are needing home care for yourself or a loved one, New Frontier is the way too go!

Jennifer and her team of caregivers provided my mom on time and great service. New Frontier Home Care had professional, experienced, and caring employees. When extra service was needed, Jennifer always found a way to help. My mother was home bound where both Dr’s and therapists came to the house for service. The caregiver helped and kept track on our calendar, all the appointments. Everyday they logged all of her vitals and made notes on everything that happened from food she ate to activities mom had during the day. I had an open line of communication with both management and the caregiver.

I ran across their card and we got together and spoke with them. It was actually my partner who initially spoke with them. They seemed quite attentive and seemed to have an individual personal service that we were seeking. They were excellent. The 2 caregivers we had were dependable and friendly. They both did their jobs quite well. One in particular, Armando was very excellent, attentive, friendly and an interesting person. Both caregivers work 5 hours a day for about 4 weeks when I had a transplant. The management of New Frontier were also very excellent. They were right on top of everything. Whenever we have questions, they were easy to get hold of and very responsive. They stopped by to make sure things are going well and also to explain the final billing. We don't have any problems with it. We understood it well.

I did a search on the internet and saw New Frontier. Most of the other agencies had a minimum of hours that you had to have you needed their service. What I like about New Frontier was they had an hourly rate. They allow a minimum of 3 or 4 hours for morning and night. If I just needed service for an hour we could do that or if we needed service in the evening for a little bit longer maybe for 2 hours then there was flexibility. I really did like that. We were really very pleased with their service. Most of the time they answer the phone right away when I call. If they didn't, I'd leave a message and they would call back immediately. Also anytime when I email them if I have a question, they would respond immediately. They're very attentive. I used their service for almost a year. The caregiver that we had was very caring and compassionate with my mother. We were very pleased with her. I think that if there's one thing they can improve on that would be explaining the service a little better. We didn't realize that there was a short term fee. We started with an hourly rate and I didn't know where was a short term fee as well as administrator fee. It would be better if they would go over and list all the fees so that everyone would understand up front exactly how much it's gonna cost.
