They are very important, it can get bad for me if I miss a dose, and they take care of that for me. Everyone has been very nice so far, from the caregivers to the office.

The nurse knows her stuff really well. I have seen improvement in my wounds. I like that they have been on top of everything. I transferred from another company because they couldn't get things right.

They help manage my loved one's meds and be over there on a regular basis to keep an eye on her. They were very responsive and made the signup process easy, so I'd probably recommend them.

We only have one caregiver come once a week for a couple hours. Donna is very good and it's been consistent. They need to work on communicating the schedule with us.

They were very detailed and the caregivers they assigned where a match to my grandmother and her needs. They went above and beyond to work with what I needed as well what my grandmother needed. I like the caregivers, the office staff, and the communication.

It would be best to have the same person here all the time. I know that is sometimes not a possibility. They did an awful lot of running around in the car, and since I pay a dollar per mile, I asked them not to do that. I would prefer, for a variety of reasons, if they were to not drive around unless it was necessary.

The most helpful part of the care is just the accessibility to my nurse. It is very easy to contact her as well as the director. The nurses have been great so far. Everyone that I have encountered has been super nice and helpful.

I knew what day she was coming and what day she was not coming. I did not know the time that she was coming which was a little hard. Sometimes it would be in the morning or sometimes it would be in the afternoon. They made sure that I was doing the right kind of exercises and they did not want me to push it too much.

It got to the point where they wouldn't take the patient out of the house, even for appointments. This was a difficult situation. We started off all working well together, but something that bothered me was that one of the caregivers got a red light camera ticket while driving the client's car. Two weeks ago there was a warrant out for the arrest of the woman who owns the car and it was a $100 fee we had to pay. One of the caregivers ran the new car into their new house and we don't know who did it. If it is short-term, they are okay, but if it's longer term, then no. There was a lack of communication and response. The caregivers ran the show.

They were there, they took care of me, they were very concerned about the wound, and just extremely good. They were awesome. They were on time, very concerned, and very helpful. You just couldn't ask for better quality.

They helped us with quick service. I think it was a little hard for us because we weren't here for that long, so maybe the routine would have gotten down better with more time. One thing we were wondering about were expectations we should have for them, like if it was okay to ask them about doing housework, because they sat while he slept. I would have asked if we had the services longer. They were very kind, professional, and quick-acting because we needed services quickly.

I can go to the store and leave my wife home. It's really hard to get my wife in the car or out of the house. I can take the dog for a walk. I don't have to worry about my wife falling. The girl that comes is real nice and does well with my wife. She's helpful around the house. We enjoy having her around.

We have one caregiver that is very good and the others have been adequate or poor. The one good caregiver is the only reason we're still there. They're terrible. The caregivers are hit or miss, and at this particular BrightStar Care I use, the management is poor.

I don't have to get up and drive. I can't always drive because of the medicine that I take. I tell them about the medication I receive and how the nurse helps me with it. I really like the nurse who has been coming. She does everything every fifteen minutes. They are really helpful.

He didn't need a lot of care. He just needed someone to be there to make sure he didn't fall. He was low maintenance at the time. The main concern was having a consistent caregiver. I couldn't leave the house without someone being there.

I felt like they were very helpful, I felt like the caregivers were very efficient and able to do their job. Without BrightStar Care, I wouldn't able to function. I have to have someone in the mornings and the evenings to get me in and out of bed. When my husband is out of town, I am in a lurch without BrightStar Care.

BrightStar Care has made life easier by helping me with my recovery. The doctor raves about how well I am doing, which I know is due to their help.

BrightStar Care needs to have consistency in their health care workers, keep their promises, and schedule things correctly. There is incredible turnover in my dad's 24/7 care. My experience with BrightStar Care has been bad. Even on the insurance end, things have been incorrect and missing things like notes, names, and signatures.

The workers from BrightStar Care were not qualified because they couldn't even speak English. If BrightStar Care could have been more helpful and more domestic, it would be so much better. For meals, they could only make scrambled eggs.

I am satisfied with BrightStar Care and they went above and beyond the care that I needed. BrightStar Care at one point had to come out and see me everyday. It slowed down after that. If I hadn't had them, things would have been a lot harder for. They worked around my schedule.

Someone would have to decide for themselves if they would like care from BrightStar Care or not. Sometimes my caregivers can't find the streets that I need to go to. The caregivers need to be on time, and they can't find my building sometimes.

BrightStar Care is very attentive, they don't goof off, they take care of our problems, and they are very good. BrightStar Care does well. We would have a hard time if they didn't come. The physical care they give such as bathing and dressing the client is helpful to me.

Brightstar sent out a caregiver that had no upper body strength. So she couldn't even help me with picking up my husband for showers or help me with anything at all. They would not even wash their hands before they fed him.
