The staff helped me move and get my things over her. My daughter asked one of the staff to put the chair together for me, and he did. I like that the staff seems interested in the people. I see evidence of that throughout the day.

They only come to drive me to the doctor. It's just a few hours every so often, so it doesn't impact my life too much, but I am very pleased with their services. I like the service, I like the people, and they're prompt.

They will call, follow up and listen. I would recommend them but when they contract to it makes CC look bad. I had to run them out of my house. At imminent care the nurses were awesome but when they had to contract them out, that made them look bad.

They could be a little more organized and have better communication. I like all the friends I have met here, they do a lot of things with the seniors. They seem like they care.

They were always pleasant and nice and helped me. There seemed to be a lot of switching of caregivers that needed to be done. CC Young Senior Living could improve by not switching caregivers.
