They will tell you they can get you staffed, just to get you to sign up, then they cancel all the time. Thirty bucks an hour is a lot for them to send a child that sits on their phone.

We got Senior Helpers for my mom, and it is working very well. They were able to schedule to our convenience, and we’ve had no problems with billing. They were referred to us by my niece. We’ve been very happy with them.
