Jennifer and her amazing team work with my sister who has dementia and a teenage son Her caregivers are polite and professional and always arrive on time. They go the extra mile and truly care about my sister and our entire family. We were originally with another company and it was a disaster. She really likes the caregiver, and it has made a big difference in her quality of life. She is just very upbeat, and when my mother is moody, she is able to handle her. That helps mother stay engaged with life a little better. I like that they are very reliable and pleasant to deal with.

It's been very positive. My daughter-in-law was concerned and felt like I need to have someone with me for part of the day. I don't drive anymore, and they are just a very good help for this time in my life. I enjoy them being with me. I like the people that come to be with me because of their personalities and willingness to do whatever I would like them to do or needs to be done, even if I don't ask.

There were a couple of things that I was not happy about, but the woman was very dependable and there for me. I liked that they fulfilled what I needed. It was the first time that I used them. I like that they told me to use a credit card and not cash to have the caregiver go buy things for me. That way, I had more information about what she was spending.

They definitely helped me get back on my feet in a timely manner. When I first came home from the hospital I could barely get out of bed by myself. I definitely would recommend them. Everybody was very good. I had absolutely no complaints.

They come in and start cleaning, and they go out and get food with me. I enjoy what we do and they have the best sitters. They have some of the best staff I have ever seen. They come in here and they clean and do everything. I have told them over and over that they are great people.

From my experience, it has been good. They have a very professional manner. The caregiver handles things really well. She clocks in and reports properly. She is very pleasant and friendly. They do the heavier lifting for me which I cannot do. The physical help they give me helps greatly.

I used Home Care Assistance over a long period of time. The beginning was rocky, but I finally ended up with a caregiver that was good. The caregiver volunteered to be there every night for the client. Being a family member of an elderly person means I am in charge of finding somebody with a good personality for the family member and it is difficult to find someone like that. However, the caregiver volunteered to be there seven nights a week for my mother and that helped me out.

The office keeps to their schedule, and I get to have caregivers before 10 am. Sometimes, it would be helpful if I could contact the office outside of their hours. Home Care Assistance has sent me the right caregiver.
