My CNA is very humanistic and she shares the same values as me. The agency has great CNA's and the staff are very caring. They do their best to ensure we are taken care of in a very polite manner.

My father has been in and out of the hospital and they always work with us. I like the flexibility.

They provided her encouragement and light housework like dishes during the day. They eased some of the things she had to do and kept her mind off of things. They were really good when they had to reschedule. When the original person wasn't there, the coordinator would call to see if another person could be there. They were always really nice.

They have helped me the most by taking me to the doctor, making me breakfast, helping me shower, and more. I would recommend them because my caregiver treats me pretty good. She helps me take a bath and clean my room.

It's great for me and when they come in and it gives me a break and it's wonderful. They are phenomenal, if he is in the hospital, they called 4 times to check on him. It is just a great team.

The one young lady that comes is very good and I see her twice a week. My husband is bed ridden and the caregiver and him have a good relationship. I wish there was better contact. I don't get a ton of calls or as informed as much as I would like.

We hired FirstLight Home Care for my father. The caregivers were pretty good. They bathed him, gave him his meals, changed his clothes, and helped a little bit around the house.
