The hardest thing is to get in my car and leave my wife but between the two caregivers is amazing. They are very punctual and reliable. I like that the aides we have are consistent. I like Erika. She has been with my wife since we started and is compassionate. She knows what to do for my wife who needs full 24/ 7 care. Erika just picked everything up right off. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with her. When she is not available they found Ali and she is great also. she got it right away and was trained by Erika.

We got Home Helpers - Northern Lehigh Valley for my mom before when she had a stroke. They would make light meals. They did light cleaning, they would help her do laundry, help make the bed. They would take her outside to walk up and down the driveway. The caregivers were all very nice to my mother. When we went up there, they were very nice to introduce themselves. They were more than happy to sit with my mom to have lunch together. They were never late ever, and then if they needed to stay a little later, they stayed a little later. It was great they came.

They stress me out totally. I have a lot of stress with work and when a caregiver doesn't show up. I can't work or earn my own living, that does not work for me. They should improve their coverage when it is required. They are supposed to have someone there each day and when the one caregiver is out the other has an attendance problem. Whenever a caregiver calls off there is no full coverage for my mother.

She did my dishes. She did it very nicely. Everything in my kitchen looks better than it did before she came her. The rest of the place was in pretty good condition from me taking care of it. The kitchen is the place where you have the most work to do, so I was really pleased with what she did today. They are the only ones that I have ever had other than going to a nursing home. I would rather stay at home. I am satisfied with the work they do. I am glad to have her, because other people I know have their own problems. I don't like to ask them to help me. It is good to have some help sometime.

They were able to come very early in the morning. We needed a 4:30am start and they are able to do that. We would recommend them because they were able to meet the needs that we had. We went through many agencies and they were the only ones that were able to meet the scheduled times we needed.
