When the angels fly in here, they do their job. One of them is very proactive and likes to get her job done. I would highly recommend my angels. They are respectful and do their job.

The caretaker helps make sure my mom doesn't fall and is safe. Everyone has different situations, but I think the check in phone system is outdated.

I have had a couple different aides ans they would come in, and I would tell them what to do, and some of these were so good that they would be here on their second visit and I did not have to say anything to them at all, they just knew what to do. The one yesterday, she should not be working with the public. she was late, she left late, and the office said something about me having to pay for the extra half hour that she was here because she called the office in the morning and said she was running late and the whole time she was running late she did not get the stuff that I told her at the grocery store. I asked her to do a chore in the house and she assured me she had done it but I knew she hadn't. It was not done at all. She lied, and if you lie you can cheat and steal. They could get staff that do not have an attitude and are not disrespectful. When I give them directions they do not get everything done. I had an aide here yesterday who was very surly and I am giving you people big money and I cannot walk and I do not need someone like that in my house.

I am able to get out and reset myself and get some physical activity. I would recommend this agency. They have always been able to provide a caregiver.

I think that my mom was uncomfortable with the caregiver. My mom slept a lot while she was there to avoid interacting. I feel like the agency did not consider sending someone with the skills to help with Alzheimer's patients. I'm sure they do better work with people that don't have Alzheimer's though.

My caregiver goes to the store for me, they help me around the house such as put things away, taking care of the dishes. They give me good service. The caregiver has been a wonderful, wonderful person. She comes on time and does what I want her to do. The cards to go to the store should be in the literature that is given out. The person should have the opportunity to buy it from the beginning.

Without them, he wouldn't be able to stay home. They allow him to remain in his condo. It provides him with contentment. I have to deal with different communication layers. It's seamless. They work well together.
