I've had some problems with staffing and I don't know if the office is supposed to come out and handle problems, but they haven't. I had one person who left the company who would come out when I didn't have any help. I've been left a few times by myself when they couldn't find any help, especially on weekends. Somebody sat here doing nothing through a six hour shift. All they did was take out the trash and get the mail. I asked one when it snowed to shovel, and they said it wouldn't do any good. She watched YouTube videos during her shift. One was really bossy and broke the cabinets. Most of the time, it was a waste of my time. If they would have done a little bit more, it would have been better. Some did the best they could.
