We have used other agencies in the past but Nurse Partners provided an extra level of care. The fact that all staff were CNAs was a plus. The staff was professional, competent, patient and proactive. We quickly were provided regular staff which allowed a bond to form with my dad allowing him to feel very comfortable. The APP was good touch. I did use it to view the schedule and as it develops will be beneficial. There was a rare sick call but it was communicated in a timely manner. Everyone that I communicated with at Nurse Partners was efficient and friendly. Having the CNA there in the evening provided myself and my mother time to feel free of worries. My parents loved Angela and will miss her helping hand. Sabrina was wonderful as well. Thank you to Neena, Jessica and the coverage staff for efficient management. Nurse Partners is worth every penny and would highly recommend!!

I just want to say Angie the owner is very understanding and caring. She comes out to assess the situation and care needed and actually takes the time to get to know the family so that they care pair their loved one up with a perfect match . That is something we did receive, my family loved our nurse Alleyah and feel as though she always went above and beyond to make my father feel special. The service Nurse Partners offers is like no other service we have dealt with over the past 1 year of my father needing care.

Finding home care for a person with recently diagnosed Alzheimer's is not a happy time. Nurse Partners was our rock. The value of talking frankly and directly with the principal and managers can never be underestimated. Most importantly, Nurse Partners listened and acted.

Nurse Partners ability to respond to our short term, often changing caregiver service needs for our sister was most amazing. Having just moved our sister back from California to assisted-living here in PA and then having to move her into memory care, having Nurse Partners, and Angela’s experience, guide us through these changes was invaluable. The caregivers they provided for our sister were top notch. If we again need the services of caregivers we will reach out to NURSEPARTNERS.

We met Angie when our grandfather was starting to decline. Even though she is the owner of the agency, she, personally came to our home. She spent two hours with our family. She was comforting and reassuring. It was evident how much she cares about her clients. My grandfather quickly took a turn for the worse and over the next week, we had to change the schedule On Angie last minute multiple times due to hospital visits. Angie was super responsive and quick to adjust the schedule to meet our needs. The staff she sent were knowledgeable, reliable and caring. When my grandfather was moved to hospice care one week later, Angie personally came to our home Again to help us and overlap with the hospice nurse. My grandfather died the next day. Although we were hoping for a longer relationship with Angie and her team, we are so grateful she was there for our grandfather and our family during this transition. She is an angel!

NursePartners, Inc. was a great comfort to our family during our Grandfather’s final weeks. Angie quickly came to our aid to ensure my grandfather could stay at home as he wanted despite his needing round-the-clock care. The team of aids took wonderful care of our grandfather. They were timely and sweet with him. We were reassured to know he had the care he needed. Thank you, NursePartners. We would recommend their services to all who are looking for part-time or 24-hour at home care.

My mother was diagnosed with vascular dementia, a surprising and very debilitating condition that my family and I never had to address. Consequently, her diagnosis and mental decline caused much distress, confusion, and sadness. Thankfully, Nurse Partners made a world of difference with the compassionate care and patience provided to my mother by its aides, nurses and staff. In addition to the high quality care provided to my mother, Nurse Partners' was instrumental in giving my family and I piece of mind, knowing that she was surrounded by highly professional and compassionate people who were proactive in providing consistently high quality care. My family and I are very grateful to Nurse Partners' for its wonderful care, compassion and support!

Angela, the owner of the company provided my mother in law with a 1:1 assessment. By the end of the assessment my reluctant mother in law felt comfortable with the concept of weekend home care coverage. The aide that is assigned to mom is compassionate, caring and most importantly proactive in meeting our mom’s needs. She assists with, dressing, Bathing and light meal preparation. Since NursePartbers arrived on the scene we are all feeling better about mom living independently. I have love the communication and follow up provided by Angie and her team. They are a perfect team to assist our family with the aging process of our mom and keeping her safe.

Nurse Partners provided overnight care for my father after his release from hospital. The staff are all professional, kind and caring. All were extremely patient and compassionate even when my father was uncooperative. They provided our family with concise, understandable updates on my father's status. We called them and they were able to provide care despite very short notice. I highly recommend Nurse Partners.

We needed temporary home care to help my mother with recovery from a surgical procedure and to help out with my dad who has Alzheimer’s, since my mother would not be able to. I can't thank Angie at Nurse Partners enough for all the time she spent getting to know my parents to make sure she could match the right caregiver. The week went so well and Paula, was a great match! We greatly valued the service and would absolutely work with Nurse Partners again in the future. Nicole P

I was referred to Angie at NursePartners about 6 years ago for services for my aging parents with a number of medical concerns, (one being dementia), and I was impressed. I have since then utilized the services of NursePartners for my mother-in-law, and also referred Angie to my cousin for services for my aunt. Angie is very caring, understanding and knowledgeable with regards to elder care. The team she had put in place were very respectful, caring, considerate, and compassionate. I would wholeheartedly recommend Angie and NursePartners to anyone in need of home health care services.

NursePartners were professional, reliable, and compassionate in providing home dementia care to my older sister. The staff exhibited imagination in the choice of activities and demonstrated professionalism in their ability to handle mood changes. Each shift would leave notes in a book for family and later shifts. NursePartners were a valuable option, which allowed my sister to stay at home for about 18 months.

Of the several area agencies we have used to provide care for my 94 year old mother with dementia, Nurse Partners has the best trained and most dedicated staff members of all. Unlike some other agencies, Nurse Partner's carepartners are all certified nursing assistants. Their training in the GEM approach to dementia care is evident in their work with my mother. Nurse Partners takes great care to match clients with caregivers. They have provided us with consistent, reliable, compassionate caregivers who have become like family. We highly recommend Nurse Partners!"

I've been using home health care agencies for various family members for years, with not great results. I am so relieved to have found Nurse Partners. Angie has provided my family with aides for both my developmentally disabled, mentally ill sister and my father, who has the early states of dementia. Both Brenda and Ruthsa where professional, lovely, and patient and were never condescending towards my sister or Dad. Their compassion was always obvious, and they were also communicative with me. Angie and her staff are equally communicative and try to accommodate any needs our family had.

Nurse Partners cared for my mother-in-law for the last 2 years of her life while she was in hospice. They provided 24 hour care, including meals. The caregivers were excellent and professional and were a great comfort to my mother-in-law. We interacted with them on a regular basis, and they were extremely responsive to all our concerns. I would highly recommend Nurse Partners.

About NursePartners, Inc. - Philadelphia, PA in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
NursePartners has been serving older adults for over 20 years. NursePartners is founded, owned, and operated by Angela Geiger, Registered Nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner. Caring for older adults is our passion and specialty! We handpick Certified Nursing Assistants with a similar passion. We do not hire Home Health Aides, instead we prefer the additional training and credentialing of a Certified Nursing Assistant. We provide both traditional home care and dementia care (GEM) services. In both divisions we work to keep the body fit to support safe independence (whatever that looks like for your loved one) and fill our time with meaningful engagement and activity.
In our GEM (dementia care and cognitive support) division, we utilize The GEM™ Level Approach to Dementia care. We let go of what is missing, while emphasizing what remains to make life meaningful. The goal is to provide services to assist someone living with this ever-changing condition to help them live fully in their moment. We help older adults with traditional home care needs utilizing the Positive Physical Approach to Care™ too. We are 1 of 13 nationally credentialed organizations able to practice, teach and train in Teepa Snow’s model of dementia care and support titled “Positive Approach to Care,” (PAC). NursePartners staff, clients and families benefit from our expertise and receive specialized training to help them “connect” and assist your loved one. We strive to achieve productive and meaningful relationships in effort to keep the brain active and engaged To begin services, we complete a no cost/no commitment informal health and wellness assessment. After the initial assessment is complete, together we discuss a potential plan of care. We then select the best suited Certified Nursing Assistant. Followed by a personal introduction. We look forward to exceeding your expectations and hope to meet you soon!Help seniors by writing a review
