It made life easier, and I did not have to worry about how things were going to get done. If they allowed their workers to work 40 hours form me it would be perfect. I really like that they check on you to see how you are doing.

They have helped us the most because we really like them. They aren't cold to us. I like that they are very personable and they are close. I like everything about them. They are like family to us.

They are very good but they don't have a lot of people they can send. I have been with them for a long time, 4 years already. They are responsible and it's easy to talk with them.

They totally take over my wife's care for three or four hours. It gives me some respite time to run errands and do things I need to do. I have already recommended them. They're easy to deal with.

When I was going to the doctor, they always provided transportation for me. Right now, they are waiting to get another person to work with me. They were always concerned about my welfare and safety.

The caregiver has an excellent rapport. I like that the manager was very personal and helped out in other areas. The caregiver is excellent.

They were very unprofessional, not just the caregivers, but the whole company. The caregiver would sit on their phone and not do the work I needed.

The services were helpful because I was able to go to my own doctor, and I knew that someone was with my wife constantly. They were on time, and they did a good job.

They could just come out more often. They could hire me an aide that will keep her fingers to herself. I have had aides that take stuff, and things are missing after they are gone.

There were only two visits but there wasn't anything more they could do. I liked their empathy, willingness to really listen to the needs of my mother, and that they were very understanding.

It was a very short-lived experience, and a couple times that they came, they did not even stay. They need to improve the quality of the employees and the care they provide. I could have used some more support. I feel like I was left hanging, and even though there was a problem, they did not support me in the problem that needed to be solved.

We've had a lot of good people and permanent caregivers. All of them are trustworthy. They go out of their way to make sure I have what I need. They provide an extra pair of arms that I don't have, but I need. They are willing to help with whatever I need.
