They provide a good social aspect, which is really important for my loved one, and they take her to appointments. It's been nice to have someone there consistently for my mom, so I'd recommend them.

It has been extremely helpful 24/7, night and day. The people being looked after can get very attached to the caregiver and one of the caregivers quit because they weren't paying enough. I would appreciate if they paid their employees more. The manager could be better.

I would tell a friend that they delivered to do what they were sent to do. I really liked the caregivers that they sent out to me, I just was able to find a private person that was about to do the something's for me.

The last girl that was here was able to come in at the beginning of her shift and do everything she needed to do. It made it easier for me. Everything that concerned her was outstanding! Towards the end she was developing dementia, so I had to do the speaking for the care. But as far as I'm concerned, in the time we had them it was always good for the most part.

They helped with her recovery. They had very good communication whenever I had a question or when they had a question. They have good staff. They are all very personable.

They are a good company and if I need something at the store they will help me with that. They don't do much with medicine and that would help but that is not their fault.

I think they do a good job, they don't need to change anything. I like that Visiting Angels does a really good job with my mother. They always show up for work.

They helped the most by letting her stay at home as long as possible and meeting her needs. I liked that there was someone always available and we could count on them being there when they said they would be there.

They are very reliable and let me know when something isn't right with the house or my mom. The girl there with my mother is excellent. She provides excellent care, compassion, and does a lot of things for her.

If we have the regular girls, they do a good job at following the guidelines for care. I don't know that they have control of how many aides come to your home. They seem to have a lot of turnover with the workers.

I am using them for grocery shopping right now. My mother has a live-in caretaker that is there all the time, so they are not really involved with the primary care of her. They could reduce the cost. They are quite expensive.

It helps me so much because I have a broken arm. I like their willingness to be flexible, their friendliness, conscientiousness, and willingness to do just about anything I ask them to do.

They do some laundry and dishes. They help me get bathed and dressed. I like the older girls who are more with it. The older ones know what to do, and they do it.

They have made things easier because they give my loved one someone different to talk to, and they free me up because I work away from home. I have peace of mind knowing that she is taken care of. I like that they are reliable.

They were with her so she wouldn't be alone at night. The caregivers that were there did a great job, but they were just there for a short amount of time.

She is at an assisted living facility and requires more care, so we have them. She is so happy with them. So far, they have been really reliable. We use two agencies to get the hours we need. They have staffed every shift we have needed from them, and they had actually picked up extra shifts.

They help him the most with the showering, shampooing his hair, and shaving. We hired them for bathing and showering. Some of them volunteer to do more, but that was the primary reason.
