Chestnut Knoll was a wonderful resource in helping us take care of my Mom at home. Linda was invaluable in orienting my family to our options for home care and Linda and her team helped us throughout the entire process. Linda's caregivers were prompt, courteous and professional under what were often difficult circumstances and Linda and her staff were always available to help when questions or problems arose.

This was the first time I used Chestnut Knoll at Home,the experience for my wife was out of the park !!! I can't say enough about the care giver (Kyra) ,she helped my wife with ALL her every day needs. They took walks, read the paper,enjoyed watching movies. I used the service for five days, while I was in Calf. I did not have to worry about my wife, for she was in GOOD hands. Would recommend CK at home to all. A first class operation,bar none !!!!

I chose Chestnut Knoll at Home, LLC because I only require one hour a day, and they agreed to come a minimum of one hour a day. All of the others have a minimum of three hours a day. The agency is very good. Whenever I need to change the time, they are very flexible. The caregivers have been very good. The people who come here are all experienced people, so I don't have any problems.

We began using Chestnut Knoll in May 2015 and then more frequently starting in November and have been very very pleased with the care their aids have provided mom. The managers came out for an initial visit with mom and got to know my mother before assigning an aid. They wanted to make sure the aid they assigned was the right fit for mom. The primary aid has been awesome since day 1 and my mom was very comfortable with her and looks forward to her arrival. The aid is caring, helpful, conversational, keeps mom active with activities while trying to help my mom be as an independent as possible. Even on days when the company had to send a different aid they have all shown the same caring attitude towards my mom. Mom has said they are all very nice, helpful and caring. They are always prompt and neat. Lastly, we must commend the company for doing a great job on hiring their employees and also on the flexibility. We looked at several home health agencies and chose Chestnut Knoll because of their flexibility, responsiveness and working with their clients on flexible schedules.

My mother has an aide from Chestnut Knoll at Home and loves having the assistance. When it became obvious that my mother needed help, but would not let anyone from the family assist her, we turned to an outside agency for help. Mom was very reluctant at first, she did not want to give up any of her independence. The aides came in and made her feel special and totally at ease. She now looks forward to having her "helpers" come in. As a family member, I am very grateful for the assistance. My mother has friendly, helpful and caring people taking care of her. Long Time Client No More In the beginning we had wonderful caregivers but they moved on and after that, it became a struggle for them to find the " right fit" as the majority of the caregivers sent were new hires with no experience in caregiving, some were quite young (18) and when asked about the training, we were given a surprised look like what training. It became sort of a send this person and see if it works. No calls to let use know who was coming, no meeting of the prospective caregiver prior to being assigned.
