It is only 4 hours a week, but the agency has made sure that this current caregiver shows up on time. I like that they sent me a good caregiver this time. The last two caregivers have been excellent people. Before that, it was a mess.

The caregiver comes once a week, and they hit all the high points! They always listen to me. The agency worked to pair me up with a caregiver that works with me. I haven't changed caregivers. I am so pleased.

I don't drive, and now she shops for me. It took me forever to get a caregiver. They did a great job of finding a replacement to reassure you're not missing your hours.

The caregivers help me with chores and my medication. I would tell a friend that they have good people working for them.

They have helped the most by doing anything that we ask them too. I would recommend them because they are in communication with the company, and they are always on time.

I only see my caregiver once a week, for a couple of hours. I like that the agency keeps close contact with me to ensure that everything is going well.

The most helpful has been having someone to take me to run errands. They could improve the follow-up because I have called and requested things and have not gotten a response.

They do errands for me. They do housework for me, whatever I ask. The services I receive are what I needed and help me stay independent.

They keep my apartment spotless. They go food shopping for me. I have been blessed as far as caregivers. She speaks clearly and does physical therapy.

I'm bedridden and catheterized so a caregiver has to help me with that bag. Caregiver has to provide everything and I couldn't do it without a caregiver. They've never let me down. They've provided me with Svetlana and she's a tremendous caregiver.

My caregiver is thorough. I like that the caregiver is always on time. If I have to, she is willing to change times if I have something to do on that day. She is flexible.

They only get to come one day a week. I want them every day of the week. At the beginning, I did not communicate. Now I can, and they are excellent to talk to. The group is awesome. They are punctual. The caregivers are very helpful.

The providers run errands and clean the house. They make a difference in my life. The agency works hard to help us, the staff is kind, patient, thoughtful and professional.
