It is nice to know that someone is there in the morning before I get there to get her her breakfast and her pills. It helps me keep the house clean and functional. Once the client fell out of bed, and the caregiver was there to help get her back into bed, and it made us feel very safe. I really like the in-home consultation we got, and I liked the way she asked the client what she needed, and it was helpful for them to tell the client to let family be family and the nurses do the other work. I also like how some of our favorite caregivers spend so much quality time with the client, and they go above and beyond to help us out.

They are kind. They make everything easy. There is no trouble. When someone comes in that is not a fit, i tell them and they find me someone else. They try really hard to get people that fit right with you.

I wouldn't even be able to put a number on it. She doesn't remember how to speak English very well. When she gets left with unfamiliar people, she gets very fearful. She would not do well in a care center. But having the services on our home as helped her feel happier and at peace. She is comfortable. It has really made the difference between her having a painful passing to having a peaceful end of her life. It is a huge blessing for her. The scale doesn't even go high enough. I would put infinity if I could. They provide a really good quality of care. All the caregivers we have are really good and you can tell that they really care about the clients. I think that is pretty rare.

I do fine as we are, the agency is here on time to make my experience positive. I would recommend them because so far, they have taken good care of my husband.

I usually have a list of things that I would like to possibly do that day, and the caregiver that I have right now goes over and above the things I have listed. I would recommend them because I thought it was really neat that they check the background of the patients and employees, so that the neither party is subject to abuse.

I can't think of many things right now. Not very much of anything can be done to have a greater impact. I guess they could improve the consistency, by doing the same thing. Sometimes they forget what they are doing. I don't think it's meaningful.
