For the most part, I think we have very good care from the aides. The hours that we have are from 10-6, so I am most responsible for her personal care in the morning. The home health aides help me in getting her to doctor appointments. The morning and evenings are the busiest times, and I don't have aides during those times for financial reasons. I like that this agency has very good communication whenever someone is going to be late.

He was not able to maintain himself for long. The most important thing is that she's able to use his vehicle to transport. She feeds him during his mid day meal. The third most important thing is that she contacts me if she sees a change in his condition. I like how they have been responsive to our needs. They had flexible options, and they have been responsive and reliable when he had special needs.
