I've found this company's aides to be unreliable and unprofessional. They've been "caring" for my grandmother since before they transitioned from being Medi Care and I can testjfy that the service has become more and more mediocre. Aides don't show up at their scheduled times and no replacement is provided in most cases. Aides show up and sit around socializing instead of working.
