.They have some very good care givers but they also have some poor one's. I have stayed with them because live in home care is hard to find. My Wife has Parkinson's and most care givers they send do no understand this disease.

We have used Griswold Home Care for five years now. They're slow in responding to our concerns about the caregiver. The caregiver is with my father 24 hours a day. He keeps the house clean, cooks meals, and takes him to doctors' appointments. The price is competitive with others. We pay administration fees, but we monitor the caregiver more than the administration does. When we complained to them, they did not check into it for weeks, and that was aggravating. The family definitely has to check on the caregiver because the management is lax.

We have decided to use Griswold Home Care. It was suggested to us as one of the agencies to try by the VA. They have a caregiver in our home that does everything for us. She even walks the dog. I have no problems whatsoever. Everything seems to be fine.

We have a CNA that comes two hours a day at our house. We chose them because of they are flexible in terms of the hours. We have been using them for at least two months now. The caregivers are exceptional. She does household chores, takes care of my wife, and overall things around the house.

Griswold Home Care is awesome. I have had the need to have an aid come in to our home on the nights that I work & our aid is amazing. Griswold understands the need to have a consistent caregiver & has succeeded in providing that, even with my unusual schedule.

My mom uses Griswold very sparingly. She's satisfied with the caregiver. I've already recommended Griswold to others.

When my dad was in a nursing home, there was another family there that went with Griswold. They were telling us about them and then we met with Griswold. Their prices were cheaper than the other agencies. After meeting with Scott, we like them and so we went with them. So far everything has gone real well. The caregivers for the most part know what they're doing. My dad is not a little guy. He's a little more than 200 lbs and he can't do anything for himself. He needs to be hoyer lifted in order to move him around. The caregivers they had been sending had been able to handle him for the most part. Right now we got a good rotation of people. We've been happy with the experience we had with Griswold. We have been using their service since October 2008. My dad had a stroke in July 2007 and he was in a nursing home for 13 months for therapy. When he came home from the nursing home, that's when we started with Griswold. We got a good working relationship with the people handling our account and myself and Scott who manages the Westlake office. Sometimes when a caregiver hasn't been able to make it, a lot of times Scott will come over and give me a hand. Things are working out well.

Two years ago my uncle was being released by a hospital and they wanted to release him to a nursing facility. My uncle did not want to go there and my aunt did not want him to go there. She wanted for him to stay at home and I said to them that we would be needing around the clock aid. Griswold was recommended to us by the hospital. They took care of my uncle for about 3 weeks before he passed away. He had a broken hip and and needed medical attention but they were able to bathe him, watch for him and help my aunt with things around the house. We didn't use Griswold for awhile. My aunt had been doing really well but after my uncle died she started falling. While that continued I really just couldn't leave her alone. We were thinking of placing her in assisted living which she didn't want to do. So, we hired Griswold again and this time for my aunt. They've been taking care of her for probably over a year. She's very happy with them. The caregivers are doing all the cooking and laundry. They help her in getting up from the bed and also with personal grooming. They remind her when it's time to take her pills. They've been so nice to her. They do anything she asks them to do. They really been wonderful and they bring her present which she loves.

Griswold was referred to us by a nurse. So far it's been a wonderful experience with them. The caregivers are very considerate. I'm just thankful to God that we have them. I'm using their service 5 days a week. They get me up in the morning and help me shower and have my breakfast ready. They manage my medication and accompany me. We go out for a walk and I have an exercise routine which they do with me. It's been a year and a half that I'm with Griswold. Scott is very nice. He tries be as helpful as he possibly can for you. He's very knowledgeable and he makes things easy for you. I'm pleased with the way things are going.
