Heartland Home Health needs to be investigated. Aides would sit in a separate room from my Mother while playing on their cellphones, sometimes wouldn't show up and would advise me that they weren't there. Left my Mom sitting in her own feces whoch caused her to develop a urinary tract infection. I called the office manager and advised her of what occurred and she said "OK, Thank you" and hung up. I now have a reputable care giver. Stay way from Heartland
