The caregivers help me with things that I can't reach from my wheelchair. They help me get dressed, do my laundry, and prepare meals for me. I like that the caregivers I have now are very motivated, willing, and skilled. They are sensitive to individual things that are important to me.

WE'VE BEEN USING HOME HELPERS TO CARE FOR MY DAD AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. WE WERE UNSURE HOW IT WOULD WORK WHEN WE FIRST REACHED OUT BUT OUR CONTACT PERSON PUT US AT EASE IMMEDIATELY. WE KNEW THEY CARED AND WOULD FIND A GOOD MATCH FOR OUR DAD. SURE ENOUGH, THEY DID! WITHIN 3 VISITS THE CARE GIVER AND DAD WE'RE SETTLED INTO A ROUTINE AND ENJOYING EACH OTHER'S COMPANY. THIS PUT OUR MOM AT EASE AND ALLOWED HER TO TAKE SOME MUCH NEED TIME TO RE-ENERGIZE. HOME HELPERS HAS ALSO BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN WORKING WITH THE LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE COMPANY. OUR ENTIRE FAMILY WOULD RECOMMEND HOME HELPERS WITHOUT HESITATION.

With the girl we have right now, the service is highly rated. It's not the Home Helper's fault. It was more so that they told us that they couldn't accommodate just 2 hours. That's my only complaint.

Everybody is on time, everybody has been consistent, we have had some of the same caregivers over the weeks becoming comfortable with them coming. They have become familiar, our kids know them, and they have just blended in very nicely with our family. Everybody is pleasant, everybody has fit into our home and helped, and everybody couldn't be nicer. It really is just a nice group of people.

It's made my life easier. It made it, so I did not have to do average things. Part of the problem is my problem. I've always lived alone for many, many years. It's not easy to have another person living in the house at the same time. All the problems are my problems. I get so very, very used to living completely alone, and then when I haven't been well and have needed help, it's hard to adjust to that. Each person is different. Sometimes, they're really good, and sometimes they're just ok. They do really good, it's just person to person it's different. I've never had any problems.

The caregivers were here punctually. That is why I used them as apposed to Uber. I had to make sure that I was on time to my appointments. They were helping me with transportation because I cannot drive. I cannot think of anything they could do better.
