The provider helps with everything. The person they sent here is very helpful with everything. She doesn't just help my mom, but the whole household. She treats my mother extremely well. I like the owners of the agency.

The lady bathes her, cooks her food, and cleans up a little. With the caregiver that is with us, they are very caring.

I liked Nadene, and Antony, they were very involved in called me when there might be a problem, and visited him often. They were not impatient with him, and his Alzheimer's. He called them many times, and they were very patient with him, and never said that he was a problem. They adjusted things when he needed them to during the day. It was really good, we got 3 hours a day, 15 hours a week.

They found the right person who spoke her language making things easier for my mom to enjoy her time with the caregiver. They listen to you and they come out to talk to you to find out what you need. They communicate if they have found a person or not.
