It's nice to see live people three times a day, and they're all extremely professional and nice in their approach, so for somebody who's handicapped it's a great benefit. They have good ladies and employees, and with my incapacity, it gives me somebody to look forward to three times a day to have a chat.

It was an inconvenience to me. They should have sent someone who was prepared. I told them my father had Alzheimer's and dementia, and they sent someone who wasn't prepared to deal with this.

She could take it or leave it, but the care gives me a peace of mind and that someone is there to keep her from doing things she couldn't and they can give me feedback. The administrative staff is easy to talk to and work with for scheduling and the caregivers are excellent.

It was very important that they were here and involved. One of the aides knew that my mother enjoyed soup. So one day she took it upon herself in her free time to make some homemade delicious soup. I would tell others that the agency employs competent people, they are very respectful of everybody's time and privacy, and they provide good service.

They're here on time and they're all fantastic. I've had several caregivers and they're all great. I can ask them anything and they're very helpful. It's just less things to worry about. There's no stress with them. I call and make the appointment, and they show up on time.

It has affected my daily life because I am not getting done what I need to have done because the caregiver is having problems herself. My caregiver is not able to do the work that I need her to do. I am satisfied with the organization itself. They call me to ask me if I want them to send somebody else for that day.

Some of the caregivers did really well, while others did not. The majority were very good, the overwhelming of the caregivers tried to improve the quality of her life, but it was challenging to improve it because of her dementia. We were having difficult receiving the consistency in the care in spite of trying to communicate with them. The communication we had could have been improved regarding my mother's care.

They make life easier for me, because my wife is incapacitated since she had a stroke. There's nothing she can do, so I have to sit with her all the time without them. I have a lot of acreage that I have to take care of. I don't know any other companies, and this is the only company I've dealt with, so I can't compare them to anything. They are willing to do anything, and they're always on time.
