When my mom's dementia progressed to the point where she needed an aide, Steadfast was there for us. The caregivers helped my mom with daily tasks: helping her dress, cooking and feeding her meals, reminding her to take her vitamins and do her exercises, engaging her with puzzles and activities, helping her to and from the bathroom, and making sure she was safe walking around the house. Alex was very responsive to our concerns and requests. My mom was able stay in her home the last two years of her life, thanks to the staff and caregivers from Steadfast. Years later, when my dad needed assistance temporarily after an illness affected his strength and mobility, we called on Steadfast to send caregivers to help him, during the day and also overnight. We needed someone to prepare my dad's breakfast and lunch, help him into and out of the chair and the bed, and help him with toileting. Once again, Alex and the staff were very responsive and accommodating of our requests. We would certainly call Steadfast again should we need caregivers in the future.

Steadfast provided caregivers for both of my parents for a few years. Alex was great and very responsive. If an aide was sick, Alex made sure to replace them immediately so there was no gap in care. Occasionally we had a caregiver who wasn't a great fit for my family, and Alex worked with us until we had the right people. Ultimately we had aides who really cared for my parents and whom my parents considered their friends.

We hired Steadfast Caregivers to provide 24/7 care for my uncle. The two caregivers that came treated my uncle as part of their family. The weekly transition between the two caregivers was seamless. Having them there was a relief to me and my family. We never had a concern for his care. He was so thrilled with the different foods that the caregivers prepared. When there was any concerns, Steadfast Caregivers were prompt with their response. During the holidays, when the permanent caregivers were on vacation, the company provided coverage. If the time comes again that I need care for a loved one, I will definitely be reaching out to Steadfast Caregivers.

The aide my father had for years was Melissa and she was the absolute best! Irreplaceable! Alex was not great. In the beginning he was awesome. But after a while he wouldn’t work with us and kept raising his rates even though my father was on a fixed income. Borderline rude. But if you can ignore that, the aide we had was great. I still keep in touch with her.

I first called and immediately an appointment was set up with me. I first met with the manager and he assessed the situation, my mother, and her apartment. He really was proactive and answered my questions before I could ask them. The caregivers were always on time and they shopped, made meals for my mother and made her bed as well as trying to get her out for fresh air. My mother was very difficult and they were able to manage her. If there was a problem they would immediately call me.

Steadfast is amazing. When my dad needed some assistance, they were there; when he needed additional assistance, they were there. When he was ultimately at the end of life, they were there. The aides are caring, skilled, reliable, and I'll say it again, caring. The office team is amazing. I really believe my dad lived a lot longer because of the attentiveness of the Steadfast team.

The agency provided care givers for my mom a few years back and found excellent people. we rarely had an issue with staff coming late and we would always be notified if there was an issue. The caregivers would advise of any problems with my mom as well her general mood and reassure us she is being attended to. I worked with Alex had his cell if needed and he always followed up even after hours if we needed help.

Steadfast has been taking care of my parents for 3 years. First my father who suffered from Parkinson's and Kidney issues. His Aides were great, they kept him on his special diet and entertained him while my mother was in the hospital/rehab. When she came home she also need an aide/companion. The company sent a woman she adored. My father had hospice at home and his live in aide was tremendous during the two weeks. My mother's aide had been with her for two yrs now and is part of the family! When ever their is an issue the are very responsive, the nurse comes once a month to organize her pills and is always on call if needed. When an aide gets sick they always have a replacement equally qualified. I Trust this agency with my parents and highly recommend them.

Quality of services provided is excellent. The caregiver comes twice a week to care for my aging father. My father is 94 years old and was very resistant to having someone in his home. I explained this when requesting a caregiver and was assigned a wonderful person who is understanding, patient, and very capable. The caregiver always is arrives on time; interacts beautifully with my father; interacts with me as well. I feel so at ease knowing she is there with my dad while I am working. I highly recommend this agency.

Needless to say, my mom is VERY happy and I am as well. Also, the agency contacts me whenever the caregiver must miss a day and they find a substitute to be with my mom.
