Back in 2013 I fell and severely fractured my hip. I contacted European Expert Care to inquire about getting help for myself. From the very beginning I spoke to Dorothy, she informed me about options and what I should expect. Dorothy was quick in setting up interviews for potential aids that would fit my situation best. I don’t know what I would have done without this help. Even though my injury is already healed they still provide services for me. I need help on a daily basis. The aids that help me are caring and go the extra mile every time. European Expert Care is simply irreplaceable.

European Expert Care provided care to my mother-in-law. Their services are amazing they made every effort to help my mother-in-law in her day to day activities. She was a difficult person to please but Dorothy and Eva charmed her. They went above and beyond to make sure her stay at home was comfortable. The aid that stayed with her was very caring, loving and attentive to all her needs and wishes. My mother-in-law suffered from mild Alzheimer’s among other health problems. Every time I visited her she was happy and thriving. When I contacted Dorothy she knew who I was and knew which aid was with my mother-in-law at the time of inquiry. I was able to contact Dorothy after agency hours and I would get up to date information and health concerns when my mother-in-law was not doing too well. Being able to reach Dorothy after agency hours eased my concerns unlike the other agency that was working for her before. In the other agency I was forwarded to an answering service with no real answers. I would highly recommend European Expert Care to anyone who needs care for a loved one.

European Expert Care provides excellent care, is always ready to care for my mother, and quick to respond to my calls and emails. They have attentive and polite staff. Their aides and nurses are professionally caring and kind.
