I used Homewatch CareGivers last year. One of their workers came on Saturday morning. She got the grocery list from me. She did the grocery shopping, came back, washed and prepped all the vegetables, did light house cleaning like mopping the floor, sweeping, and also did my laundry. It was basically three hours each time. They gave me the standard service. They did relatively decently. I had to change the person that came in because there was quite a language barrier. The first lady that was coming in was from another country, and we were able to communicate for the most part, but for specific tasks, there were issues in communicating. She let my cat out by accident one day. There was an issue with that. Then, they actually switched the person, and the second person was much better.
