I like Assisting Hands. I've been working with them for about three or four months now. The caregiver is wonderful. They took about a week to find a caregiver. They are very quick to bill you and get your reimbursement. They are all professional. My caregiver is wonderful and takes great care of my mother. She’s a nice, trustworthy, and honest person. I am very happy.

Assisting Hands/Monmouth County is an exceptional senior care provider. The structure of their business is professional. Customer service is excellent. Check in to make sure all is okay. Nurse stops by occasionally to make sure all is good. Home health aide Ester is great.

After multiple caregivers and agencies I found Assisting Hands. Their caregivers that I have met are wonderful. We are able to communicate easily with both caregivers and Scott. Thank you Assisting Hands!

I was looking for a caregiver, and I've looked at so many agencies. I only needed couple of hours a night, but none of them could provide a caregiver for me. One of the woman who owns one of the agencies called me later on and gave me a telephone number for Assisting Hands. I called Scott, and I told him the situation. He told me that he would get someone for me. Sure enough, he got a beautiful woman who comes here every night. She's very good, and I'm very pleased with her. She's a great worker. She takes good care of my wife. She does excercises and plays cards or bingo with her. I'm just so happy with this girl. Scott was the only one that was able to help me. No other company was able to give me a caregiver to do what I wanted. He comes around often to see how everything is. He's a great guy. I have a lot of confidence in him. I'm very proud of him and the caregiver that I have now.

My 75 year old mother had knee surgery she and my 80 year old father needed help. They are both in incredible shape and very stubborn about receiving outside assistance. She could not drive and was feeling very dependent on my father to get around. I called Scott at Assisting Hands to see if he had a solution. I needed someone to take my mom to run her errands, carry her bags and help her in and out of the car and house. He found me a solution. I gently suggested to my parents that for the sake of their sanity, they have someone to help them out only when needed. They called Assisting Hands, had a conversation with the caregiver and his wife. They had found my mother a driver who not only lived in her town, but went to the same High School as her in Brooklyn! That was the sweet spot right there! Thank you Assisting Hands!
