They try, but they need to find a better caregiver that speaks English. They could communicate better and have better quality caregivers on multiple levels. They need to train the caregivers better. They should live up to a certain level of responsibility when caring for a client.

They have really helped her be able to manage staying at home alone. I am satisfied with them, but I could possibly get something cheaper. They are higher than other options.

She comes 3 times a week. They could send someone who speaks better English. They only send a nurse once every 6 months.

Right at Home has made my experience positive by keeping the client out of nursing home. I like Right at Home because they are responsive to our needs.

We could never function without their help and they attend to all my wife's needs. I'd tell a friend that I like that they have excellent caregivers and they're very responsive.

I now have self-care skills and my house is clean. They are very responsive to my needs. They are very nice and if I call, they respond.

The service impacts my daily life a lot. It's not covered by insurance, though, so it is all paid out of pocket. I have been with them for a long time, and it's fine when my regular person is here, but when someone new comes in, they are not trained in the same way. They are just going through the motions.

Having Right at Home around has been helpful in getting my mom to gain a couple of pounds. I can tell that she is cared for in terms of hygiene and other metrics. They were just so responsive. They were super quick to get something set up to my mom. There have no concerns yet. I actually did recommend them to someone local to me.

I have had different aides. I think that they could instruct the aides that they could do certain things. They should have a list of things that the aides should do. They are able to provide me with aides when most agencies do not have the time to provide enough aides. They also provide coverage.

I can go to work 3 days a week now. They were having issues with scheduling. They recently fixed that, but it was a problem.

The client cannot leave the house so it was nice they could come to her. The worst thing is how they bill you. I had a contract for one standard price and they overbilled us.

I have no complaints with the service I am getting. They need to keep the schedule I requested. They have changed the schedule a couple of times.

The agency can make my life easier by not calling me so often and communicating more clearer. It is helpful by providing the care that I do not have time to do anymore. I would like to see the communication improved. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication and they deal with issues better by giving me guidance.

The caregiver did not have a car. In ten months we have never had a single person asses the care to see how the care is going. A nurse finally contacted me the other day and it was the first time in ten months, but at that point we weren't even receiving service any more.

They have told us that our family is their priority on their shift. I really appreciate that they make sure someone is in for my dad. We are just so happy since we now have a way that we can go out without worrying. They have been great with us. They have found the right caregiver for my dad, she is excellent.
