The services they perform are highly rated. I live out of state, and she must get the care she needs. I would mention that the quality of the care is very good. My only concern is the poor communication since they have changed owners. This is regarding the schedule and swapping out people.

The caregiver has really been a positive influence on the client's life. She has helped the most with stimulation and taking her out. She is already doing just about everything she can do. I think the only other thing would be if we had to increase the days she is there. I think what we had before was a 7-day-a-week service but the different caregivers were not a good fit for the client. The consistent caregiver that has been there on a consistent basis has been great. I like the caregiver that has been assigned to the client from Visiting Angels. She is wonderful.

I've been very impressed with Visiting Angels in Auburn, NH. They have been very accommodating in trying to meet my wife's needs. The caregivers have been very good. Some have been better than the others, but they've all been above average. They take care of my wife while I'm not at home and they will sometimes do the vacuuming and floor cleaning for us when we need it. They have accommodated us as much as possible. Like so many others these days, they are having problems in fully staffing, but they have worked with us to take care of our needs the best that they can.

We are not using the services too much. They only provide coverage for 9 hours out of 168 hours. Their coverage is superlative. The caregivers have helped the most by understanding. My mom has Alzheimer's. It's a very sneaky and insidious disease. They have been very understanding and very accommodating. I like that they're very caring people. They're very professional, empathetic, and they're very nice. We just had an assessor from the Visiting Nurses Association who came to evaluate my mom's status. I told her we have independent contractors, caregivers from another agency, and caregivers from this agency. She said when she goes out to see families and families are looking for caregivers, she recommends this agency. One of our caregivers for my mom was nominated for Angel of the Year.

The caregivers would call me to say my loved one was all out of something. When I would go down to check, I would find it in the cupboard. The caregivers just didn't bother to look. They needed to have a consistent caregiver. I wasn't overly impressed with the operation. The list of what they can actually do is not that great. I probably wouldn't recommend them because the amount of money I paid wasn't worth the care we received.

The only thing that holds me back is they're expensive. My daughter suggested that I get Visiting Angels to drive me to my doctor's appointments, but they've upped their rates. I needed medication and they took me to the pharmacy. I needed food and they took me to the grocery store. They took me to the doctor. The people were pleasant.

The caregivers from Visiting Angels were good at keeping the client company, but I really had to coach them. I think that the caregivers could have followed the directions a little more accurately.

Visiting Angels blends right in comfortably. I need the time to go grocery shopping and Visiting Angels comes on time so I can do that.

My caregiver from Visiting Angels has done a lot of things for me. It is really helpful that the caregiver has a good attitude. She is lively and helps me with a lot of things. She will help me hang things on the wall. The caregiver is willing to do anything that needs to be done.

Visiting Angels has wonderful service, and they do everything that I want them to do. I'd be lost without my caregiver from Visiting Angels. She comes once a week, but I look forward to her visit every week.

I would tell a friend that they should call Visiting Angels. I've used them and I'm very happy with them. For the client, it's a big difference having them there for him. For my family and I, it's great having someone to help us.

I would tell my friend that like Visiting Angels very much and have had them for a long time now. The caregivers help me with my meals and they put me to bed, and they make sure I am ready for the night.

Visiting Angels was wonderful. Visiting Angels came and gave good companionship, they would do things for me in the home. Visiting Angels has done house cleaning for me because I have arthritis.

We were very happy with the care we received from Visiting Angels. We had no problems and things were explained well. The brochure was right on and my wife enjoyed the caregivers. I would definitely use them again! I needed to have someone be with my wife when I was away. The services gave me a couple of hours to get out and get things done that I needed to accomplish. I didn't want to leave my wife at home and Visiting Angels allowed me to feel comfortable doing that.

Visiting Angels is good for lonely older people. The main reason why I hired Visiting Angels was to have someone visit with my mom and do light housework. The caregiver comes, and my mom wants the laundry done, so the caregiver does it. I would like her to visit with my mom more.

Visiting Angels should ideally have continuous care by having only one caregiver, rather than several caregivers. Visiting Angels had great caregivers. We had no issues with them.

Visiting Angels has a very good reputation because the caregiver overheard my mother paying for something she wasn't supposed to be on the phone and she stopped her from doing that and gave me a heads up. My mother is not very cooperative, but it's not Visiting Angels' fault.

I would tell a friend that Visiting Angels are very caring, good with my mother, and they do what is asked. I don't like that the caregivers leave things laying around or make my mom's bed but it is nice to have someone else help with her care.

Visiting Angels is really good with people. The caregiver they assigned the client and I got things done that I could not. I appreciated that the caregivers were here on time, and they did things around the house that I did not ask them to do. The caregivers were great. They gave me so much relief when I would go out.

Visiting Angels provided my mother attention, thoroughness, and always looked after her. We benefited from Visiting Angels' care, even though they were mainly there for my mother. The caregivers were so helpful with the questions that I had for them and knew how to go about answering them for me.

Visiting Angels is very attentive to my father, and they go above and beyond. The caregivers have good communication. Visiting Angels ease a lot of worry that I have for my father. I don't feel like I have to go see him everyday because I know that they're there.

The caregivers are compassionate and there is very caring office staff who comes and checks in on me in my home. The office staff is also attentive to their schedule, and they are great at responding to last minute schedule changes. I am able to do some things, but Visiting Angels helps clean my home to help relive a great deal of pain.

I didn't think the caregiver did very much for my mom. Visiting Angels could have provided my mom with a different caregiver. She didn't have a lot of personality or gumption.

The angels that work with our mom do a wonderful job of balancing the needs of the family (to know mom is safe and happy) with the needs of our mother (to maintain as much independence as possible, and to be able to continue to do the things she enjoys). The angels have been very accommodating with our scheduling, enabling mom to get to all her social outings and activities.
