The caregiver from Home Care Assistance works really well with my father-in-law ad keeps him calm during the day. She has the longest stretch, which is 6:30 to 2:00. I haven't had any problems with her at all. They kept sending someone different and that made him feel very uncomfortable. They have a lot of foreigners working for them, so they have a very heavy accent, which is difficult for a senior when they're hard of hearing. The pricing is a little higher than what I was expecting.

The caregivers will make meals for me and clean the floor for me if I need it. I just have much more that the morning people can do than the afternoon people. They will drive for me and stay with me when I take a bath. If I know someone who needs health care, then I would say they should get it. The people are all very nice, but I don't have much for the afternoon people to do when they are here. My son just feels like I need the help, but I think I can do things on my own.

Home Care Assistance has helped the most with their supervision over my loved one and their duties in the house. Our caregiver is very reliable, trustworthy, and she does anything that my loved one asks her to do.

The people that they send are excellent because they are well-trained. We haven't had them for long. We have training on how my mother-in-law likes things done. I like the caregiver a lot. They are engaging and talk to my mother-in-law.

They helped a lot. I did a lot of it on my own trying to recover from this knee surgery. They helped me get through it, especially the physical therapists. The women that came in did some cleaning. I don't know if they did any cooking or not. I couldn't take care of myself. The physical therapists helped me get through the pain that I was having after surgery.

Home Care Assistance was overall very caring. There was only one caregiver we had problems with but overall it was great. They picked up food for me and helped me with meals. They made me feel secure.

Home Care Assistance has provided three caregivers. The first caregiver was very young and didn't have the life experience to have a conversation with my husband. She didn't keep the house very tidy. The second caregiver was pretty good, still young, but had more experience providing care. My husband didn't click with her as they didn't have much in common. The current caregiver is a little older, and she has worked well so far. Home Care Assistance hasn't yet provided a caregiver that is a good match for my husband.

I would recommend Home Care Assistance because they were very efficient. Home Care Assistance helped me quite a bit by training me to do exercises.

I would recommend Home Care Assistance because the owner comes out right away and does an assessment, and the two ladies that helped me were very kind and did what I needed them to do. I basically just needed a ride to and from out-patient surgery and someone to stay with me overnight, and Home Care Assistance did that.

I would tell a friend that Home Care Assistance is excellent, and that they come on time, and they make their appointments. Home Care Assistance makes my life easier because it is hard for me to go out, and they are able to come here for me.

I would tell someone that Home Care Assistance is very nice, that they seem to do a good job, and that I like their doctor. The most helpful part of the services is Home Care Assistance coming, bathing Harriet, changing her, and changing her bedding.

Home Care Assistance is a very caring agency. They follow up frequently with me. I am disabled, so the caregivers help me move, bathe, dress, and eat.

I would tell someone that Home Care Assistance was very helpful. I hadn't had it before, so I didn't know what to expect, but the caregivers were respectful, kind, and helpful. They did what they were supposed to do. I would have liked the caregivers to have known how to prepare and cook meals better.

Home Care Assistance's owner is a wonderful person, but some of our caregivers were not satisfactory. Home Care Assistance isn't the greatest, but the caregivers do the job.
