The service plan is designed by a registered nurse and care manager and provided by companions, in-home caregivers, and life enhancement caregivers. HOW IT WORKS & WHAT TO EXPECT: Our care manager will come out & visit to assess & to make a careful match between the care recipient & the caregiver as well as the required skill set. The client can select the type of caregiver they wish and the hourly rate they prefer to pay based on their unique situation.
