We've been very, very pleased with Merry Heart. We found Merry Heart through our daytime sitter. From the first day, we've had just fabulous people. Every single girl has been charming. They clean and trim the flowers in the yard. They always change the sheets regularly and do the laundry. They're very upbeat and very nice to be with. My parents have been ideal patients. We lost my mother this summer. Now I have my 99-year old father. He's still in a very good shape. The caregivers know what he likes to eat and how he likes his food prepared. They make sure that he's dressed properly. I can't complain to any single one of the girls. We are very satisfied with Merry Heart. I can't say enough good things about them. I feel very comfortable with them. It's important for me to know that somebody is with my father who is caring enough. I can leave him alone and not worry. If they have any questions or anything, the girls call me or my sister. They have the best service and Ginger does a great job in hiring top notch girls.

I'm pleased with Merry Heart. We have a new caregiver. The last one we had needed to be replaced. The new caregiver we have is a college graduate and a CNA. She is so much better than anybody we've ever had. She really gives my wife the attention that she needs. She is just exactly what we have been looking for. I don't have any problems with the management. Ginger does exactly what I expect her to do. She always assists us. She's been very nice to us all the way through this procedure.

When I looked up the information about Merry Heart, it looked favorable. When Ginger came to interview in our home, she wore scrubs. She looked like a working nurse that understood the problems. I liked talking to Ginger and we went with them. Their prices were reasonable. We had one worker for good many months and It worked out fine. When my strength came back, I thought I would do it myself. I did try for a few months but I was unable to continue full force like I was doing. I called Merry Heart again. I felt very comfortable talking to Ginger. We are so very pleased with the person that we have now. The one before certainly worked hard and was a Christian person but I just didn't think she was a match. The new person seems to meet my needs and my husband's needs. I just don't want anyone else. I'm so happy with her. I like her and respect her. I really appreciate everything that this agency is doing.

I saw Merry Heart in an advertisement in a rotary club. I then went to their website and I think they have what I needed. I contacted them and used their service. They were very professional. They also dressed professionally. They took good care of me. They did what they are supposed to do.They bill me professionally and send statements weekly.
