Quality Assurance At TLC Home Care, our staff will visit the client's home while the caregiver is present. The purpose is to evaluate and assist with the changing needs of the client. TLC also assesses the client's satisfaction with our service. If changes or improvements are needed, we will immediately address those requests. We provide individualized non-medical home care services and activities, including memory care, in the secure and familiar surroundings of your home. Services can be provided up to 24 hours, 7-days-a-week, including weekends and holidays, with no minimum number of visits per week, or minimum hours per shift.
