The caregivers have helped the most by making my dad safe. When I have to leave, sometimes they are not able to cover the shift that I need. It's not very often, but I would wonder if they could have some more people available to cover the shift. For example, tomorrow they were not able to find someone to cover the entire shift, so I had to ask a friend to cover part of it. They don't have enough available people.
