I feel like we're heading back in the direction where we were before, and it's not working. I have been there a number of times when people were supposed to be there, but nobody came. I wish there was a way for there to be more consistency, and there always seems to be a different person coming. They are very inconsistent. The client has been there for over a year, they moved her to assisted living because of the pandemic, and she was miserable. We moved her over to Brightstar with them and I gave them specifics for the client. The correct schedule rarely happened. The first caregiver said everyone always carried phones, sometimes they are good with communication, but it depends on the caregiver. We tried to reach one caregiver, but she didn't answer the phone. I wish there was a way for there to be more consistency, and there always seems to be a different person coming. If there was, there would be a connection between the workers and the clients. Before the pandemic there was an employee who was outstanding, but she left.

I think they advertise being informed about dementia, but I am not confident that all their staff is informed.
