I wish I had the same person all the time. The scheduling gets messed up a lot. They could train their personnel. They send someone who knows nothing about me or what I need.

They are very helpful. I am wheelchair bound and it is a godsend for me. I have two legs that work but I have four wheels and I am too short to do anything. Having my caregiver here saves me from a lot of problems. I like everything about the agency. The people are really enjoyable to work with. If I have a problem, I make the problem known and they take care of it. I don't have to go on and on about it. I really appreciate it.
