We got Right at Home Kalamazoo for my parents. They've been very good, we haven't had any issues, and they come once a week. They do house cleaning, sometimes, and transport to the store. I have to submit a paper bill, I asked if I could pay them directly, but it turns out they don't have that capability. The caregivers seem nice, and do good work.

We had Right at Home Kalamazoo, and they did a great job. We chose them because they came out and did the evaluation faster, so it worked out really well. We used them about a month and a half for four hours daily, four days a week. There were two or three different people who came to the house because of the days we chose. They made sure Mom had lunch and took her medication at the right time. They also did some light housekeeping like some dusting, vacuuming, and mopping on the floor. They also offered to do laundry and play games with her. Generally they hung around and made sure she's OK. The prices seem to be in line with what's reasonable for this area.

We’ve hired Right at Home for my dad. They come in and take care of him while my mother goes out and does things. We’re very happy with everything they’re doing. My father is very comfortable with them. They’re very caring, they understand what people are going through, and they help you through it. My mother seems to be very happy with the person they chose for my dad.
