My Mother doesn't have to be alone, and I don't have to worry about her. They have done good for me.

If I hadn't had them I don't know what I would've done. They took the pressure off and the worker was always available if I needed something extra. She always updated me on what was going on and that allowed me to go to the gym and take care of myself. Their customer service was excellent and I always got answers if I had questions.

The staff did the best that they could but did not have anyone They could have more avaialbility of the nurses to come.

It has been helpful, and it has alleviated the pressure on my parents to do housework. But the caregiver has to be told to do it. I like they are very caring and helpful with taking care of my parents.

Our Angel does the things we were told she would do. I like that I can schedule things for myself. I like that this is the kind of angel we need. I like that the coordinator matches people in the area.

She appreciates having the company in the evening and that is usually the period when she gets a bit anxious. The one-on-one care has been effective with my mother. There have been some good combinations of personalities made.
