My wife and I are very happy with care she got. Wound care nurse took very good care, made sure she made appointment to she her doctor. She was in contact with the doctors office. Both PT and OT were very helpful. All were right on time, one even called to ask if she could come early. My did end up back in the hospital, because of an infection came back.. The wound care nurse called to check up on her. I recommend Affinity to anyone.

I'm so happy that I told my doctor that I wanted Affinity to provide me with my rehabilitation after my hip surgery. I was given the best patient care possible. The staff came to visit me at the hospital to setup my home care needs before I came home. THANK YOU AFFINITY
