The agency has been very good at helping me be independent and doing anything I need them to do. I like that they answer my calls.

I like that the caregivers are able to make my dad feel safe and comfortable and make him take a shower. We are dependent on them. I like the fact that if someone can't come in, they usually have someone else who can fill in on a moments notice.

It has really enhanced her quality of living to have a companion. They're communicative and found caregivers who work with my mom.

They are flexible, and they assigned a quality person to my mother. They are responsive, and I love the aid I have had for 3 years for my mother.

It alleviated with the pressures he had and I didn't have to worry about it. I thought that they were very attentive for his needs. The record keeping was good.

It was a bit of overkill, but they were good at what they did. The amount of time was a bit excessive; 4 hours a day was more than needed.
