I hired Simply Elder Care one time. It worked out well. The agency put me in touch with an experienced woman who came to the house once a day for six days for two hours. She mostly provided monitoring and companionship for my father while we were away on vacation. I met with her prior to the engagement and was impressed with her. I wasn't around much while she was providing the care because I was away on vacation but my father was very happy with the services that she provided, and it worked out well. The billing was fine. In fact, because it was a short engagement, I paid them in full beforehand. It was a snowstorm on one of the days when the woman was supposed to come, and because of the weather she was unable to come. Shortly after we returned, Simply Elder Care gave me a refund for that day when the woman didn't come; I didn't have to request it, so I was very happy about that.

I could not be happier with their service and professionalism. The best part was their willingness to go the extra mile. Their caregivers were reliable and showed up on time. Great experience from start to finish. The staff was always happy to help and everyone was positive and showed kindness. Highly recommended!

Simply Elder Care is a non-medical home care agency providing in-home personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands, escorts to medical appointments, meal preparation, medication reminders and assist with activities for daily living.
