Originally the agency - Kind Hands - was excellent… some caregivers were amazing, others lazy. As an advocate for my family member I was very involved . After several months of service the director gave us a 3 day notice ( extended to 5 days at my request) that they were terminating service. The reason was that it was too much work…. Very frustrating and totally unexpected!, Think carefully before committing to this agency for your loved ones care!

The love, care and compassion you and your staff showed our family was truly amazing. You always responded quickly as mom's condition changed and her needs increased and because of that, we were able to keep her at home.
