It's helped out a lot while I had it. I had it for a few weeks and then went to visit relatives. It was good while I had it, though. There's nothing off the top of my head. I have nothing to compare it to, know if it's above average or below average.

We're able to get all our stuff done, it's very important. They get the job done, and they're local which is very nice.

They give us assistance because my husband is sick with Parkinson's and cancer. They could provide more home health aides.

I'm getting to know the caregivers that come here to help, and they seem nice, but they just need some direction. Sometimes they don't communicate well - they won't let me know or tell me last minute if the caregiver can't make it.

The provider helps the most by taking the client out and I don't have to be available every minute. What I like the most about the agency is the way it runs, and the people they have.

They take the pressure off of me and my husband by taking care of my mother-in-law. I like that the girl that comes is good and dependable.
