We're using Home Instead. When I brought my brother home, someone was there waiting for him, and they immediately helped get things set up. They're cooking for him. He's clean when we see him. The people I've talked with have been nice and friendly. I've been pleased so far. They're coming in every day. They have two shifts. There have been three different ones who have been coming, the same girl in the morning, the same girl on the weekend, and I've only heard him speak of one person in the evening. They make sure that he takes his pills.

Personal care, home care, transportation, mes care by nurse are some services we use. The staff is usually on time but when there is an issue they contact me immediately. The agency réponds immediately or as soon as possible when I call.

The people of Home Instead are very friendly and very helpful, especially when you ask them to do something, I am a client for the one in Henderson, Kentucky. Plus they will work with your schedule also. I give them a A+!!!!!!

This company provides home cleaning and do an excellent job. There are many other services available that we are not currently using, but it's nice to know they are there if we need them such as: cooking, helping with medicines, going to appointments, getting groceries, and other services also. The caregiver we presently have is amazing. She is always on time, does an excellent job of cleaning and is very sweet and easy to talk to. We couldn't ask for anyone better. We're very happy with this service.

Kathy is a really great caretaker for my mom. She is kind and considerate of mom's feelings. In situations where my mom may be embarrassed, Kathy makes her feel comfortable. Kathy helps in any way she is asked. She is eager to please. Her patience is beyond expectations. She has listened to the same stories dozens of times and reacts as if it is the first time she has heard them. Kathy is an excellent match for my mom. She deserves much credit for all she does in helping keep my mom at home.

I appreciate that the in home caregivers are dependable from our point of view. During snow, they still came to care for my dad even though they had to take a taxi to get there. Caregivers are honest and trustworthy.

If you get a superb caregiver, don't let the office take them from you. We feel constantly threatened that the best will be removed. Our needs will in all probability be short term since mom is failing rapidly. We don't want random caregivers who sit here on the iphones.

The best HomeHealth agency in this area! They are caring, dependable and willing to work with you on every need you have. I have been through several other agencies and almost gave up until I found this one. They work very hard to find you an aid you're comfortable with and who can meet your needs. You won't find any better agency around here!

I worried constantly when I had to leave my mother at home while I was at work. Since Home Instead has been in the home I do not worry and my mother is getting out of the house and enjoying her time with the caregiver.

Home Instead helped get Dad back on his feet! Everyone at Home Instead has been wonderful to work with. The caregivers for my dad are amazing. Neelie, Kathy, Ben and Sheila were very in tune with Dad and attentive to his needs. Ben even took Dad to my son's wedding.

Home Instead takes care of both of my parents. They are there when my brothers and I can't be there since we all work fulltime. They found some great caregivers that have done a great job since the first day. If anyone is sick, the office finds another caregiver for my mom. It is a great service!

On one occasion I was tremendously irked for lack of requested service in that I called HI to ask that Allen be contacted to see if he could come to work an hour earlier due to change in my needs. I called and talked with Andrew, asked him to call Allen and if he could not reach Allen to call me back so I could make other arrangements. The call never got to Allen nor to me. Allen reported this to Andrew and Andrew said it was written down but nobody followed through. 'Twas a most inconvenient situation- most disappointed in that I did not receive the services for which we pay

I've worked with this agency before. This is the only agency in my area. They were very accommodating and friendly. I think we got their service for 2 weeks during daytime. They provided companionship and assistance around the house. However, we were a little frustrated because it was clear from the start that we don't want a smoker. They sent us a smoker because she lived near my mother. But she was very good. We didn't switched caregiver because my mom was getting better that time. We would definitely consider using them again in the future. I will also recommend this agency to others in my area.
